Hello John, are you diving it SCR or have you converted your Azimuth to MCCR? Otherwise I would guess that there's probably no nitrox in the Davao area.
I was in contact with a dive operator near Davao about 2 years ago, can't remember the details, have to search the email. But generally speaking, either a dive operator is willing to go to the minor trouble of ordering a few large O2 cylinders, usually through the local hospital or welding supplier, or they won't and it's a dead end... -Andy
