Mate ... take the APV's hose ends completely off so you are only left with the bare rubber hose. Stick in boiling water to soften, then slide FULLY onto the Kiss OC/DSV. You must get the hose all the way on, now take two cable ties and put them on in between the corrugations of the hose, two per side. ... I have been diving mine like that for ages, works a treat.
