I use a DSS backplate that weighs 14+ lbs. I've heard of other people using doubled up backplates. This is enough for me with 13's, and is OK with 19's, but I start to get a little butt-heavy once I've done a few dives on the 19's.

So, I don't use any trim on the tanks; I hate having yet another thing to remember.
