No conservatism designed in as I'd probably want fastest time to surface and by the time I'd rounded things up it wouldn't be bad.
I agree with Nigel; use ddPlan, very easy to use when you get the hang of them. Produce tables for varying depths and runtimes, with or without OC bailout with GF's to suit, print them off, laminate them and keep them in a pocket.
