Hi!
In salt water (Red Sea and South-China Sea) with 3-mm wetsuit — about 13 kg
In salt water (Barenz Sea) with drysuit and 150-gr thinsulate — about 22 kg or little less
In frash water with drysuit and 150-gr thinsulate — about 17 kg

Is that really the weight of the lead you carry? Or is it weight of unit and lead?

I have a Ray laying around in pieces, only got it wet a few times some years ago before it was scavenged for parts. But from what I (vaguely) recall it took around 10 kg of lead to dive it SCR with drysuit and 100-gr thinsulate in fresh water (hmm, perhaps that was with the SS-backplate conversion too, don't remember).
