These come standard on rEvo units and will fit the Pelagian BOV as well. The gag strap is great for keeping the DSV/BOV in place and I've never had jaw fatique using it. I would highly recommend it.

I would be interested to hear any views on the balance of risk between wearing a head strap to help retain the BOV mouthpiece in the event of a blackout vs the additional difficulty of switching to bailout following a caustic cocktail.
