That was just a little self deprecation. 8-)
You probably saw our rigs. We were either socializing (at the Hunterdon Scuba or Scuba Connection camps), or we were checking out the entry down by the ramp and floating dock when you came by.
Last Sunday was our first cold water dive of the season, and our first cold water dive with the RBs, after having completed 6 days of diving for certification on Grand Cayman a few days before. Quite a difference ....
We had some "issues" of the type we normally have during the annual event. The RBs didn't add to it, glad to say, outside of our anxiety over dealing with the third variable volume (drysuit) for the first time. New drysuit seals needed trimming, a leaky hose on an argon setup, stuff like that. Our one very short dive playing around on the platforms was cold, but otherwise uneventful. We're looking forward to a smoother start and maybe a couple of dives next time.
If we go this weekend, it will be on Sunday. We usually get there right around opening. We'll look for y'all there.
