Location of the manual add buttons and cylinder orientation are the two biggest. I have rigged the CK from day one with valves up. I like having the MAV on my chest. The CK came stock with a BOV. There was no fussing with getting a after market valve.
There are a few other things I am planning, but they are a bit down the road. Hopefully those changes will be made before I come to France next time. Then you can see it all in person.
