When you machine the cage, how did you go about making the bit the mouth piece attaches to? I know I could go ala' Tom Rose with a large ball valve but how would you whip something on a simple home lathe? Make the cage from PVC and melt a bit of PVC tubing and glue it on? Delrin doesn't glue too well so I am somewhat stumped...
