Saw this also - unusual rig - dolphin-like shell with 2 cylinders, one on each side like a Dilutent and Ox set up. No other pictures available.
Description is almost nothing - calls it a Drager rebreather with recon bc and po2 monitor -- guess it is some kind of modified home-build.
