No you cant put the mushroom valves in either way the ends are machined to stop you doing this.
There is a exhaust vent on the bottom of the BOV, if you turn it upside down this would be on top which is not good.
The connection for the OC feed is set to the left to follow the "rich is right" theme. the idea is to keep all dil hoses over the left side and all o2 on the right.
