Actually Dave, thats a matter of debate.
Having owned most of the BOV's on the market since the first Bob Howell with the exception of a Golem and Palagean I can state that they are not that easy to switch.
With this one I can easily switch over to OC with one hand with the barrel comfortably held by my mouth in the bite peice. All others I have had require another hand to steady it.
