Side mounting made easy

Hello,

With the rEvo1, I had a real backplate so adding all needed to do side-mounting was easy: plug and play.
Now that I changed my rebreather, it became a little bit more complicated: where can I put the butt plate and the bungees on the splitted back-plate?

For the butt-plate, the solution is quite easy: drill two holes and attach the butt-plate with some quick links like this

Now the bungees.
I was not satisfied with the single bungee loop I had, almost impossible to rig on the boat or on the ground, very hard to do it underwater. So I stole the idea from Dive-Rite on it's Nomad system: an bungee cord that clips on the shoulder D-ring.
The other end of the bungee is equipped with a quick link and it's mounted on the upper back-plate like this:

Putting a BO tank is now very easy, just put the bottom clip on the butt-plate and place the bungee around the neck of the bottle. Attach the clip on the shoulder D-ring and that's it!
Il will ask a friend to make some photos with the stages attached and will post them next week.
