Will lift the boat by hand, sofnalime cans will make it pretty light .
Or fix rope block under the buoy.. rope goes through block to boat then is attached to a weighty object...
The paragon seems to be hated ,maybe get a few of them together , put them in a bucket and use this as the weight ... Dave wanna arrange this ??
