The solenoid flows 17ltrs/min @ 7bar. You need 12ltrs min for safety. without changing the IP to a highr pressure, you need to ensure that in one minute the solenoid can be opened for 41 secs when at max gain.
In English, if you are waaaaaaay off setpoint and the controller is trying its hardest to get back to setpoint, its on and off cycles must equate to being on for 41secs out of every minute.

Sooo, if a Meg pilot puts his head on a bench in air and sets a 1.3 setpoint he can time how long it is on for in a minute. If it equates to 41 secs or more then your in business.
