Re: Oxygen injection solenoid

Firstly, I would like to give my thanks to Joe Radomski for helping out with some vital information.

The Meg firing algorithm does not alow a duty cycle that will flow enough O2 through our solenoid to be safe. The off time is too great and our flow is lower than the Jaksa.
Other controllers such as ours, do not have such off times.

Short answer, it appears no to the Meg unless it has been fitted with another controller.

p.s. We're overwhelmed by the constructive feedback we are getting. Thanks everyone.
Brent,
You will need to have a meg diver figure out the max on times for the latest software (2.05/2.6) as this might have a high enough duty cycles..
The min time off can now be set at 4 seconds.. but I am not sure what the max on time is.. to get it to the recommended 12lpm you would need a pretty long on time (about 70% duty cycle), but with at least 4 seconds on, it will have a flow that can cover most ascents.. to get the 12lpm you need about 11 seconds on..
