Please put a graphic warning on this video- please.

Its on thing to kill any animal outright- instantly; even if I do not agree with it.

But to herd them, grapple them out of the water, and drag them down the street while they are screaming and their flesh is being scrapped off; is sheer torture and disgusting behavoir for human of any nationality.
