I have heard from a few sources that it was decided it was a better option to have the O2 manually injected into the inhale CL as it was the closest point before the DSV. So in the event you needed O2 in a hurry as in a hypoxic loop you would get it sooner than any other point in the loop (within reason)

I have ditched the 4th cell for the VR3 as it is just too unreliable and have put the O2 manual add supply back on the inhale CL......
