If you'll be able to acquire the funds and pull it off by simply donating one kidney and one lung, then you're ahead of the game! I have an artificial heart, I'm on regular dialysis and I'm in indentured servitude, because I had to donate my heart, both kidneys and offer up my freedom in exchange for the funds to make the transition, but if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate! I'm sure you will love it as well!
