You know.....

For the rocky shore diving entries and exits that we in RI that we do, I actually thought these were pretty clever. Getting your feet under yourself while being bashed in the surf and rocks takes three hands at times... sometime there's not a free hand to get the fins on/off, and I've been "tumble dried" more than once when I've gotten flipped off my feet before I was able to get my feet down on the rocks. Add my bad hip with limited motion due to an airplane crash years back makes it hard to rotate my leg up for getting fins on/off), and this might not be such a bad thing to try for lightweight diving. For boats/caves/technical stuff? No way... but for some stuff? Heck, why not.

Saw a lot of friends at BTS, but missed a lot too that I know attended. Think we ought to formalize a little social gathering next year.
