The original Drager 1st stage had a safety feature built in. If the orifice's were blocked the pressure would build up until it lifted the ADV and bled gas into the loop.
This means there is IP creep if flow is sufficiently low.
I´m using the 2nd generation Draeger diaphragm 1st stages.
This model completly shuts off the HP once the adjusted IP is reached unlike the 1st generation piston 1st stage which used to have IP creeping.
For mCCR of course my ADV is not connected to the O2 side.
