Just heard back from Jim Chapman with Maxtec, their sensors are compatible
with teledyne and AI sensors, And do come complete with hydrophobic
membrane. So it looks like there is another player in the market.
all the best.

looking at the specifications it doesnt look suitable for rebreather use..
30 seconds response time full scale (teledyne and AI are <6 second)
it lists an operating pressure range and does not list a hydrophobic membrane... by the specs its a replacement for a teledyne medical sensor not a diving sensor..
we have the MAX 12 cell listed as a dive cell in our cell checker info but looking at it i do not think it is.
looking at there specs they are not suitable for diving in fact they do not mention rebreather or are equivalent to rebreather cells, so i would guess they do not have temperature compensation required for rebreathers, they may have a membrane but this dose not mean they are good for rebreathers,
I'll try and send an email to get a sample or 2, and if any one has there cells that are not needed any more please send them to me so i can do formal testing.
any help will be appreciated from people that have cells they want to donate in this range.
kind regards john routley
