For G*d sake, it is your Imperial system to start with.

At least we are consistent with the unit instead of miles/hr on the highway, liter for liquid measurement except for beer (pint), stones for weight, meters for depth, feet for land...

(232 bar) x (3L) = 696 free L
696 free L / 28.3 = 24.6 cf @ 3300 psi
