This is a great post! I'm also a meg diver and a huge suporter of the unit. I took my class from Leon Scamahorn in November 07. one of the things that stuck with me most is the scrubber duration;
1.3 - 1.6 VO2 (variable not constant)
Heart rate of 60% or age -220x60%= BPM
68 f loop temp
36 f water temp
just some cool to know stuff I got from the man himself. I would like to know what all of the other scrubbers are rated on / at. |
