Hey guys,

I may be shopping for the impossible here, but here goes...

I'm looking for a digital point and shoot, 7MP or higher, good to 100m (with or without mods to housing). Pricetag for package $1200 max. Does this exist? Any smaller mfg's that I may not be aware of?

I'm hesitant to go DSLR because of the expense, and I'd rather have a really tight package since I shoot 'opportunistically' rather than go out to shoot specifically. On the other end of the spectrum, most of the housings for the point and shoots say they're only good to 180/200 feet...won't cut it for teh depth.
