Currently downloading CF cards via SanDisk Fire Wire Card reader. (very fast!)

This is downloaded to my MacBook Pro via Aperture software. The file is actually stored on the computers hard drive and simultaneously creates a "vaulted copy (original)" on an external MyBook 500GB External Hard drive hooked up to an 8.0 Fire Wire. This is seamless and redundant.

Once the DROBO company develops a FireWire version I think I will pick one up.

This thing is amazing, and allows for redundancy and the ability to pull out crashed hard drives and replace with any SATA drive without loss of memory!!! DROBO
