I had LASIK surgery about five years ago.The procedure went fine and i got better then 10/10 vision on both eyes without a single sideeffect. I was cleared to return to the water a month later.
A year after the surgery i had a very bad basketball accident when someone accidentally punched me in the eye. The hit was quite strong and i got a big haetoma on my right eye and the flap that had been removed for the surgery had moved a bit. I had it fixed and returned to diving and swimming a month later.
Have had no problems of any kind since and i would definetely do the surgery again if i had to.
