my question is always, how do you get out of the water?

do you have to climb a stair when coming back on a boat, or are you carrying heavy things, heavy stages etc??

I know I can force myself a bend in my shoulders when I climb out of the water on a boat with my gear on!
that's why (if I can) I ALWAYS take off all my gear in the water, when boatdiving
