I have been advocating for a long time now about
not cutting tables with conservatism. IMHO, always have absolute minimum deco tables and pad-on-the-fly as needed (i.e. more work on bottom, colder, etc).
This allows you to know what is the (
theoretically) absolutely minimum to surface in case you need to (i.e. emergency, cold, pee-pee, etc).
You could always add, but it is more difficult to subtract (safely) unless you could do "deco in head"...
