A new toy.... Epson 2400

Well I finally did it. Managed to persuade the chancellor, her indoors, she who must be obeyed, leader of the opposition, aka Janet, that I really really needed a decent printer for my piccies.

So I went out and got an Epson 2400.

I am blown away by the quality, and the fact that I can print stuff to monsterous sizes (A3+) right on my own desk. But, and there's always a but, how do I match monitor colour to printed output colour? It's close, very close already, but can I fine tune? And if I can, is it really worth the effort?
