What would it take for an interested to buy?

Dear List,

Here is a question for those watching from the sidelines and others who wish to share their experience in getting into rebreathers:

What would it take to get you, the interested and non-owner, to buy a rebreather?

Is there an element lacking that upon arriving on the scene motivated the purchase, or is there still something missing?

The answer could be as simple as waiting for better survival statistics to waiting for a more natural breathing experience to some widget that practically dives for you and does the dishes.

For many, this transition has already taken place and it would be nice to find out what that is.

Thank you,

z
