Yea I have one of those at the moment in the Right hand lung.
Mine is a pin hole leak in the back of the lung, god know how it got there but I don't
.
Took me forever to find it and would be impossible to get to to glue up as its about half way down the lung.
I gave in and have a new lung on its way over.

As was said above and you can also go to a pharmacy to get a swab with along stick. Then you can reach down or up on the counter lung to get a little aquaseal on the inside as well. By removing the inflator inlets you can reach anywhere inside the counter lung.
