Why nothing in pvc ?
I have a lathe and am machining a lot of pressure pvc fitting with success
pvc is esay to machine, it is easy to glue , only the grey color is a small problem for me.

firemandiver is of the mindset that all life support equip is highly technical and must be made by highly qualified individuals on a Govt. contract.
Truth be known life support equipment is made by the avg factory worker.
In the factory R&D section of the firm what you are doing is called "Prototyping" Once you have your prototype done and it works to your satisfaction and you have "Field Tested" it, it would then go to "Production Tooling" where it would be polished up and injection molded by the thousands.
