This a.m. I switched it on, and the same thing....nothing, no "tick, tick, tick". I dis-assembled the solenoid (done this many times), clean as a whistle.
Put it back together, and now it works

Some relevant facts;
1) The 2.01j version I have was dis-continued shortly after I received mine because (I understand) it had a fault of the default injection period after switching was too short. I didn't get it upgraded due to my distant location, and the lack of professionalism from Malaysian Customs.
2) Pre-dive it was fine, but when it failed to maintain SP in the water, it was definately injecting randomly (i.e. too short, normal, or no firings at all).
3) This solenoid has never been subjected to significant corrosion. A little bit on the exterior, but interiors have always remained pristine.
