The condensation is from moisture in the atmosphere. Anytime you compress a humid gas some moisture will be "wrung out" of the gas.

One key point here is that in my experience I don't get any water in the filter's water trap. I live in a cold, humid environment, yesterday the humidity was 90% and the temp was 53 F when I was boosting. The compressor's tank does accumulate water and this needs to drained periodically.

I don't have any links for the filters, they were purchased at home stores and auto parts stores. I searched my hard drive this morning for a picture of the parts plumbed together but couldn't find any - I must have deleted them. I'll snap a couple and post here next week.
