Hey Gilles,

i hope you find the solution to your problem. i didn't know about Rasmus, though i know him and he is well reccomended, but i know Dennis Vessey was the appointed guy from ISC to do upgrades and repairs. i found out when i was enquiring about upgrading my meg.

i am curious now, was it something with the 9V issue? you have any suspicions?
