isc sells a single cl kit that replaces the dual cl, to make it easier to accomadate a 2nd meg as a back up. so i would assume there is another meg back there. that being said i only seen one dsv and it would be pointless to run a bob on the same loop should your primary fail/flood. this is very intriguing. im sure someone that own's a meg would have a better idea. Or perhaps the guy diving it wants 2 of everything should there be a single point failuer???
