Since Rich is insured, catching them or not should be just a matter of justice.
So, a hypothetical question...
Is it better to tell the diving community about the theft and risk the items being "too hot", and dumped in a ditch somewhere, or to keep the theft quiet and watch for someone trying to sell them?
