Hi Spyro,
Can you please explain why you would want to do that? From my understanding the swagelok fitting allows less water ingress in the plumbing than other fittings if you disconnect and reconnect it underwater (i avoid reconnecting it underwater though). Wouldn't a standard inflator fitting push a larger amount of water in the plumbing?
