Whoa, whoa, whoa - now you've hit upon a sensitive topic (to some of us filthy Northeasterners) that needs clarification! Some of us hardier souls dive the frigid quarries during the off-season because that's our only option for keeping the skills sharp; and we don't like being out of the water for months at a time. Once the boats are running and the weather permits, we're out in the ocean as much as possible; or of course we travel and do the easy diving down south. And as far as lobsters go, some of us will push a good size bug out of the way if he happens to be sitting on a nice shiny thing ...

I'm definitely looking forward to the deep-fried baby manatee, though - what do you recommend as far as dipping sauces??
