I started with a sea&sea motor marine EXII way back and I floodout every strobe I ever put on it. my wife brought back a INON from japan. I've never lost an INON, been through 3. they have great customer service, and never heard of one flooding. with only (1) o-ring "BUT" it also has a good seating surface.
