Im thinking of running the exhale hose out of the lung instead of thru it and also blocking off the holes for the second scrubber.
I dont like the idea of parallel scrubbers and I will not be diving the unit deep or long for quite awhile yet. And when I do I will look as building a new scrubber or reinvestigate the parallel scrubber set up.

Anyway whats the best way to block the holes in the lung.
Im thinking or using rubber or neoprene discs and aquasealinging them on.
Will this be OK? should I do it from the inside and outside or is one side enough?
Any reason this will not be reversable?

I have looked at the Y and it has 1 metal clamp. If I was to continue to use the Y I assume a stainless hose clamp is the best fix here?

But what about the other connections? They are all tied on. Is there a better way to do this or is string the way to go?
Im guessing hose clamps are not practrical due to the way the rubber fittings push back into the lung and may rub against the rubber. Any suggestions?
