Re: Sentinel VS Inspiration

just by looking "on paper", as the sentinel isnt even out yet, and in my very very very limited experience of RBs the sentinel wins hands down. just looking at what you are getting for your money with the sentinel is amazing.

but i think the best way is to dive both units then you will have a much better opinion of both of them, i can only really say for the inspiration as i have only dived on that unit, but i didnt like the inspiration at all, the vision electronics were VERY twitchy, with warnings popping up everywhere, which didnt really instill much confidence from me in the unit, the OTS CL were very bulky and in my face, again another potential stress level irritant . The only other unit that i have dived on was a meg and was a completely different experience and IMVHO was leagues apart from the Inspo, (in that i mean the meg was better!).

everyone has their own personal comfort zones, expectations etc etc, and at the end of the day, its you who is diving the unit and its your life, and are you seriously going to dive on a unit just because some bloke on a forum who says he dives on a unit and loves it, mean that you will do to? certainly not.

so best to give them both a day in court and you can personally decide for yourself, (you might love the inspo and hate the sentinel and good for you if it works for you), as i am sure that there is avid inspo fans out there now, who would defend the honour of their machines with their lifes the second this reply hits the forum!
