A local post. There is only one new picture (probably showing a random submarine). But the story is not quite the same. It claims that Hitler ordered the subs to pass the Bosphorus and join the fleet in the Mediterranean.

It also says that the subs contained the Enigma decoders...

It also says that one of the subs (U-23) was found close to Agva. That is almost in Istanbul.
