Really, I've gotten a dozen PM's worried that I'm leaving here. I'm just moving into a townhouse so I can abandon it summers for the boat and not need to cut grass. I'll have a full sized pool for training right up the street for training, there is a meeting hall where I can lecture, and a 2 car garage into which I can re-build a new LDSOH. It'll be better than before. You'll still have a bunk when you visit. It's only 5 miles from the existing shambles.
