Unfortunately there is no workaround I tried everything when I built my new PC with Vista installed eventually I phoned Delta-P to be told there was no way to get them it to work BUT that they were working on a Windows Version of Pro-Planner that was due for release soon.

That was last Jul/Aug so dont hold your breath
