The Regulator body (shiny parts) is Apeks, the diaphragm is Interspiro. It looks like you can get it cheaper in the UK that I can
The diaphragm replacement should not be a PITA.
1) unscrew regulator cover
2) remove old diaphragm
3) drop in new diaphragm
4) screw in regulator cover
