Thanx guys

I am based in South Africa, so getting it to DeltaP is not that easy. A friend of mine bought the two units from DiveLife in the UK, so getting it back to the dealer is the same amount of crap. I will first try to see if our local representative/importer is willing to help me send it to Delta P. Just glad that it does not seem that I did something wrong to break teh VR3!!!

While we are chatting, can I ask you a question on the PC software to download dives and perform profile setups (if you know):
- will one installed version on my PC be capable of managing both units as seperate entities?
- will the software be capable of differentiating between two different divers (and obviously 2 units) downloaded dives?

Thanx again

I take you point on returning the computers

I have not found a method to make the software manage the units as separate entities, I even tried creating 2 users on windows Xp but in the end it is still only one copy of the software. Its been a while since I have bothered downloading the VR3's but I seem to remember when you download you can give a name to the series of dives, so one persons dive could always start with KK the other VR3 JJ so they will be distinguishable. There certainly isn't any functionality to change users like the suunto download software.
