You are diving the Optima, thus using HH deco computation.
This might not be applicable any longer since it has been years, but the last stop computation was too short when I crash-tested it years ago.
I reported it to Kevin, but never got any confirmation that it was acknowledge or fixed. So no idea what is the status of the current system.
I doubt that you are "niggled" from a true 10/100 algorithm since (based on what I read from your dive reports that) your max depth is considerably shallower.
Again, other simple factors could come in: PFO, correct ascend rate, hydration, warm retaintion, etc...
