Within the 9-year timeframe, I was diving water temperature ranging from 5C to 30C (41-86F). Last 5 years, mostly in 21C (70F) on bottom and 28C (80F) on deco in the Summer, and 19C (66F) to 25C (77F) in Winter.
Age from mid-30's to mid-40's.
Shape-wise, not a marathon runner but not a fat bastard either. The only exercise I do regularly is squash a couple times a week, and hauling dive gear...
